This Privacy Policy explains how oixCloud ("we", "us", or "the App") handles information when you use our VPN application on iOS, tvOS, and related platforms. We are committed to protecting your privacy and designed oixCloud to collect as little data as possible.
oixCloud does not monitor, record, store, or sell the contents of your network traffic, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or your IP-level browsing activity. The VPN tunnel exists to transport your data securely; we do not inspect it.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service, or when required by applicable law. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Configuration and settings remain on your device and are removed when you delete the App. Diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above and is then deleted or anonymized.
Traffic is protected using industry-standard encryption. While no method of transmission is perfectly secure, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information.
oixCloud is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Because our infrastructure is global, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure your information is treated in accordance with this Policy wherever it is processed.

The App may rely on Apple services (such as TestFlight and App Store subscriptions), which are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
