This Privacy Policy explains how oixCloud ("we", "us", or "the App") handles information when you use our VPN application on iOS, tvOS, and related platforms. We are committed to protecting your privacy and designed oixCloud to collect as little data as possible.
The oixCloud service does not collect, record, store, or sell the contents of your network traffic, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, or your IP-level browsing activity.
MITM is off by default. If you explicitly enable it and trust its root certificate, the App decrypts traffic only for domains covered by rules you enable. This processing happens on your device so your rules can inspect or modify request and response URLs, headers, and bodies. JavaScript you install can also make network requests and may send matched data to destinations identified by that script. Review the displayed source and import scripts only from sources you trust.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service, or when required by applicable law. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A third-party script you install may independently transmit data as described by its source; oixCloud does not control that destination, so use only scripts you trust.
By default, decrypted URLs, headers, and bodies are processed in memory and are not added to the persistent network-event history or diagnostic packages. A script you install can deliberately store, log, or send values through its documented APIs. Diagnostic packages may include anonymized connection metadata, such as host aliases and routing outcomes, but not decrypted headers or bodies. Configuration and script storage remain on your device until you remove them or delete the App. Synced configuration remains with the selected sync service until you delete it there.
Traffic is protected using industry-standard encryption. While no method of transmission is perfectly secure, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information.
oixCloud is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Because our infrastructure is global, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure your information is treated in accordance with this Policy wherever it is processed.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
The App may rely on Apple services (such as TestFlight and App Store subscriptions), which are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
